Jacksonville, FL – An adult and two children were hospitalized following a car accident on Beach Boulevard near Grove Park Boulevard in Jacksonville on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
Three injured passengers from the wrecked vehicle were transported to receive medical treatment. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
Photos from the scene showed first responders attending to one of the patients.
The circumstances leading up to the collision at Beach Boulevard and Grove Park Boulevard are under investigation. The identities of the injured adult and children have not been released.
Authorities continue to investigate the multi-passenger injury accident that necessitated emergency medical response and transport of the victims by Jacksonville Fire and Rescue on Wednesday evening.
