Jacksonville, FL – An adult and two children were hospitalized following a car accident on Beach Boulevard near Grove Park Boulevard in Jacksonville on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
