Driver Injured, Vehicle Totaled in Hit-and-run Rollover Crash in Miramar

Early Friday morning around 5:30 AM, a serious rollover crash occurred on Miramar Parkway in Miramar, Florida. According to authorities, the collision involved a black Honda Civic that flipped upside down, leaving the vehicle mangled and destroyed.

One victim from the incident was transported to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. The other party fled the scene without rendering aid, making this a felony hit-and-run case.

Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the rollover and searching for the suspect responsible for the collision. They are asking any witnesses who may have information about the hit-and-run to come forward.

In a separate incident the same morning, the Florida Highway Patrol is examining a deadly crash on Interstate 95 near Pembroke Road. The collision claimed the life of one woman and left another person hospitalized.

The accidents both occurred early Friday morning, though no relation between the crashes has been established. Authorities continue to investigate the Miramar hit-and-run and the I-95 accident.
