Actress Ashley Tisdale is facing a lawsuit seeking over $600,000 in damages following a car collision in Hollywood last September.
The other driver, Lina Gonzales, alleges she suffered severe neck and back injuries from the crash, racking up $140,000 in medical expenses so far.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Gonzales claims she was waiting to make a left turn when Tisdale improperly changed lanes and struck her vehicle.
Gonzales’ lawyer asserts his client has endured wage loss, medical costs, and loss of love and protection due to the collision. He alleges Tisdale was verbally abusive following the incident.
Tisdale’s representative denies any aggressive behavior or words were exchanged after the crash.
The lawsuit stems from a collision at a Hollywood intersection last year. Gonzales is demanding $600,000 from Ashley Tisdale for injuries and expenses she insists were caused by Tisdale’s actions.
Tisdale is best known for her roles in High School Musical and other Disney productions. Her lawyer will likely argue the crash was not her fault as the case proceeds.
