Two teenagers are on the run after crashing a stolen car near Maryborough, Queensland early Monday morning.

The car was stolen from a Maryborough address around 5 a.m. before being driven south to Boonooroo Plains, where it collided with another vehicle around 6 a.m. No injuries were reported in the crash.
The teens fled into nearby bushland before police arrived. An extensive search involving the Sunshine Coast rescue helicopter failed to locate them. The stolen car has been seized by police for further investigation.
This incident is separate from another crash south of Maryborough later Monday morning. That collision left a 20-year-old woman seriously injured and a man with back pain. Police are continuing to investigate both crashes.
