Successful launch of the stainless steel-bodied Cybertruck is critical for Tesla meeting its 2023 delivery target amid Q3 shortfalls. Its unconventional style and remarkable specifications like sub-2.9 second 0-60mph time could redefine electric vehicles.
So while the prototypes draw attention for uneven panels and smudges, Munro believes these pre-production units do not represent the fit and finish Cybertruck buyers can expect. The focus now is ensuring a smooth production ramp-up.
